  • Organized and executed the United in Yosemite festival in collaboration with community partners, the Yosemite Conservancy and National Park Foundation to celebrate diversity and offer mentorship opportunities for underrepresented groups.

  • Delivered New River Gorge and Bishop Craggin' Classic Festivals, ensuring inclusive programming across all AAC events.

  • Oversaw event logistics, including venue selection, fundraising, catering, AV needs, and budget management, while collaborating with teams on strategies and sponsorships.

  • Managed volunteer efforts, earning an Impact Award from Yosemite National Park for community contributions.

  • Conceptualized and led Climb United meetups across the country, fostering lasting relationships, leadership opportunities, and increased access for marginalized climbers in the community.

  • Developed the Climb United Affiliate Support Network to offer resources and fiscal sponsorship to emerging affinity groups seeking non-profit status.

  • Managed the Pull Focus Grant with Louder Than 11, empowering underrepresented voices in climbing media.

  • Created a database of climbing photographers, guides, and affinity groups to enhance visibility and job opportunities.

  • Launched and developed Cruxing In Color to address the underrepresentation of people of color in climbing by providing monthly meet-ups, free gear, stewardship opportunities, and community events.

  • Established partnerships with local climbing gyms, outdoor retailers, and organizations to create programs that offer free or discounted memberships and gear to climbers from marginalized communities.

  • Designed and implemented scholarship programs for Single Pitch Instructor (SPI) courses and local gym memberships.

  • Fundraised over $25,000, driving initiatives that support climbers of color through community events, educational opportunities, and visibility and representation in the climbing industry.
